Who can play

Our games are open to adults aged 18 and over. Each person may keep a single player account, and an account can be opened only while you are in Poland. Without an account you can try the demo versions of our games.

Opening and confirming your account

To open an account, sign up with an electronic identity service or fill in our registration form with your personal and contact details, your Polish bank account and the details of your identity document. Before you can play for money, we confirm who you are. You can upload photos of your document, show it at a Totalizator Sportowy branch or use electronic identification.

Playing with a positive balance

Real-money play always needs funds on your balance. Your account will not let you start a game once your money runs out or once you reach one of the limits you have chosen.

Bonuses

Every bonus can be used once. Each promotion has its own rules on wagering and timing, and bonus winnings become withdrawable only after those rules are met. If you ask for a withdrawal before finishing the wagering, the bonus and anything won with it are removed. You can ask our support team to cancel a bonus at any time.

Payments

Deposits are made from your own card or bank, and withdrawals are paid only to a bank account in your name. We do not charge a commission for deposits or for withdrawal requests.

Protecting players

Totalizator Sportowy may pause, block or close an account, or decline to open one, when this is needed to protect a player from gambling harm.

Changes

We may update these rules. The current version is always available on our site.
