Limits from day one

When you register you choose daily and monthly limits for spending and for time spent playing. Once you hit any of them, play stops until the limit period renews.

Raising or lowering a limit

Lowering a limit works straight away. Raising one takes time. The first increase applies after at least 24 hours, the second after 7 days and every later one after 90 days. The same waiting times apply if you close an account and open a new one.

Taking a break

You can pause play in a service for 24 hours or more, or exclude yourself for 90 days or more. During a break you cannot play or deposit, bonuses are switched off and we stop sending you marketing. A break cannot be shortened once it has started.

Tools in your account

Your account lets you set betting and login limits, fill in a self-exclusion form, plan your spending with a budget calculator and take a short self-assessment test. You can also review your deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins and losses at any time.

When we step in

Totalizator Sportowy may contact you, review an account or block it if there are signs that gambling is causing harm. Anonymous reports are not used as a basis for these steps.
